Split Second Health and Wellness

A hybrid clinic and wellness facility for aging adults and people with disabilities.

Four pillars of wellness, delivered together, under one roof, by one team.

When insurance-approved therapy ends, your care doesn’t. Keep building with the same staff, in the same place.
